Diare adalah penyakit kotoran berlendir, yang menyerang perut. Perut memang sangat rawan sekali oleh serangan beberapa penyakit, karena semua makanan dan minuman sehari-hari terkumpul diperut. Penyakit yang terutama disebabkan oleh makanan pasti akan menyerang perut. Diare salah satunya, sakit ini beiasanya menyerang pada anak-anak.
Gejala :

1. Buang air terus-menerus (berlendir)
2. Pendarahan pada usus dan gusi
3. Badan lemah, kaki dan tangan terasa kejang atau sakit
4. Nafsu makan berkurang, mata cekung.

Atasi Diare dengan resep berikut :

• Bahan :

Teh (Camellia sinesis)………….. ½ gelas

• Cara Pembuatan :

Diseduh dengan air panas menjadi 1 gelas, lalu diaduk.

• Cara Penggunaan :

Minum 3 kali sehari. 1 gelas setiap minum.

• Saran-saran :

1. Jangan makan pedas
2. Jangan makan dan minum dingin
3. Jangan minum minuman keras
4. Perbanyak istirahat.
5. Makan makanan lunak (bubur)

JAMU Recipe : Diarrhoea #4

• Symptom :

1. Continuous defecating ( muccously)
2. Haemorrahage at intestine and gum
3. Weak body, extremity felt of spastic or pain
4. Apetite decrease, concave eye.

Heal Diarrhoea with following recipe:

• Substance

Tea (Camellia sinesis) …………. ½ glass

• Way of Making :

Poured into with hot water become 1 glass, last swirled.

• Way of Use :

Drink 3 times each day. 1 glass of each

• Suggestion :

1. Don't eat hot meal
2. Don't eat and drink ice
3. Don't drink liquor
4. Multiply rest.
5. Eat soft food (mush)

• Substance

1. Belimbing Wuluh ( Averhoa Bilimbi) ………….. 50 gr.
2. Marrow ( Lagenaria Siceraria) ………….. 50 gr.
3. Turmeric ( Curcuma Domestica) ………… 100 gr.

• Way of Making :

All substance shredded to [by] attenuate, then braised by 1 litre irrigate. Let the water till only ½ litre.

• Way of Use :

Drinked [by] 3 times one day, every drinking as much 1 cup. Do/Conduct routinely during 5 day.

• Suggestion :

1. Avoid stress and a lot of rest.
2. Don't eat mutton, milk, lessening to eat salt.
3. Don't drink liquor, don't smoke and drink coffee
4. Light sport consecutively
